we keep Whistleblowers’ identities and the reports strictly confidential and promise to protect the Whistleblowers’ from unjustified treatment caused by filing the reports.

In order to protect your rights and interests, it is important that you read the following regarding the collection, processing and using of your personal information by the Company for the purpose of handling confidential report of Unethical Conduct.
1. The purpose of collections: Handling confidential report of Unethical Conduct and to provide follow-up services.
2. Type of personal information: Name, ID card number, mail and email address, Telephone numbers, etc.
3. The period, area, Parties and method of use of the Personal Data.
   (1) Period: Within the retention period specified by law or the "Integrity Management Procedures and Conduct Guidelines" of the Company.
   (2) Territory: Within the Republic of China and for internationally transmits pursuant to laws and regulations.
   (3) Parties : Used by the Company, or provided to the Authorities in charge of the Company's business or other third parties as required by law.
   (4) Method: The Company to be collect, process and use your personal information in the form of digital files or physical paper copies.
4. The rights and the manners of using Personal data
    Inquire about and request a review of the personal Information; request copies of the personal Information; request add to or correct the personal Information;
    Request to discontinue the collection, processing or use of the personal information; and request to delete the personal Information.
    However, it may not be deleted if it is necessary for the performance of its business or if it is not retained for a specific purpose or if it has not exceeded its useful life.
